What youll be doing:
- Leading a cross-functional marketing Pod focused on Active Fixed Income
- Collaborating with Distribution Investment and Product teams to align marketing with business priorities
- Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client engagement
- Coordinating regional marketing teams to implement structured programmes across UK Europe and APAC
- Creating tailored marketing materials and joint campaigns for global bank partnerships
- Managing budgets and ensuring accurate financial tracking of marketing activities
- Using data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
- Researching competitor activity and identifying opportunities for innovation
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing programmes within financial services
- Strong understanding of investment products and client segments particularly in private markets
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
