• Work an established route providing great customer service to every customer every time.
• Brush/sweep the entire pool and/or spa interior surface and vacuum if needed.
• Check chemical balances adding all appropriate chemicals as needed.
• Clean all debris from the skimmer and pump baskets; backwash or clean the filter if needed.
• Ensure pool/spa is in top working condition for client use.
• Secures the proper functioning of all pool systems and the cleanliness of the pool area.
• Blowing off pool area as needed.
• Identify opportunities for unmet customer needs.
• Document all services performed and report any issues or additional repairs needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients regarding pool care and maintenance schedules.

• Be 21 years of age or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes.
• Provide Department of Motor Vehicle record if selected for an interview.
• Sales Experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• One to two years in a similar role preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug tests.
• Willing and able to use current and future technology tools (smartphones and computers).
• Proficient in use of smartphones and computers.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
