Job Summary

  • Reward Strategy & Governance Help design and implement global compensation policies and frameworks. Identify gaps proactively and simplify processes through automation and strong governance.
  • Annual Cycle Excellence Support worldwide compensation reviews bonus distributions and incentive programsfrom strategic design to practical execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights Use analytics and dashboards to uncover trends ensure competitiveness and guide strategic decisions.
  • Job Architecture Leadership Maintain the integrity of global job evaluation methodology and advise HR partners and leaders on organizational design.
  • Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with cross-functional teams provide expert consultation and help build reward capability across HR and management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors/Masters in HR Business Administration Finance or equivalent.
  • 5 years C&B experience with substantial global/regional CoE involvement; proven success in dynamic high-growth environments with evolving systems.
  • Comprehensive compensation expertise including job evaluation mastery (Mercer IPE experience valuable) and track record leading transformational reward projects.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor with process improvement focus; advanced Excel capabilities and resilience in manual data environments when necessary.
  • Superior communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities; professional English proficiency essential.
