MEP Project Manager Mixed Developments Commercials Institutions

• Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover
• Manage coordination between design consultants contractors client stakeholders and operators.
• Ensure project milestones and quality benchmarks are met in line with client vision and operational objectives. 
• Manage contract administration programme scheduling change management cost plans cost control and projections.
• Identify and report risks and early warnings; and implement mitigation strategies.
• Report regularly to the Project Director and Client on project progress risks and key decisions. 
• Ensure stakeholder engagement including local authorities and community representatives.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 815 years of project management experience ideally with exposure to public venues campuses or commercial developments. 
• Experience managing high-specification architecturally driven functional developments. 
• Strong technical understanding of mega structures for large venues MEP and specialist lecture theatre / hall systems.
• Proven stakeholder and consultant management skills. 
• Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or equivalent.
• Prior experience on large span structures / buildings lecture theatres systems integrations. 
• Familiarity with compact integration of MEP systems with limited building layouts.
