Learning expert responsible for the day-to-day operational support for NIQs digital learning content and learning management system acting as a first line of support for end-users and providing program tracking/analytic support using Power BI and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role involves coordinating training sessions managing learning resources and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the learning and development function.
Responsibilities
- Manage Learning Resources:
- Maintain and update learning materials resources and databases.
- Ensure that all learning content is current relevant and easily accessible to employees.
- Supports the successful deployment engagement and adoption of digital learning
- Troubleshoots user issues with training-related technologies
- Assists with the management and maintenance of all digital learning resources
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the learning and development team. This includes managing training records tracking attendance and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Activates and tracks adoption of digital training programs for NIQ associates and customer users
- Actively manages NielsenIQs Learning Management Systems (LMS) and accurately builds/manages learning programs end to end testing set up logic
- Tracking and Monitoring:
- Creates and manages reporting processes and tracking of content usage for training programs and other projects using LMS analytics and Power BI
- Track and monitor Instructor Led Training (ILT) session participation and digital training completion through various LME systems.
- Manage certification communications (internal & client ensure certifications are accurately reflected across relevant systems and maintain data integrity for PowerBI reporting.
- Communication& Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with trainers participants and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of training programs.
- Work cross functionally with L&D team members Product Leaders and Customer Success associates to ensure end-user learning needs are met
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from participants.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on feedback and evaluation results.
- Coordinate Training Sessions for Academy Programs:
- Schedule and organize training sessions workshops and seminars for Academy programs.
- Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place including venue booking equipment setup and participant communication.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience in a corporate setting (advantage if as an LMS Administrator)
- Mastery and practical usage of written and verbal English in a corporate setting
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel Powerpoint and Word)
- Experience in Power BI and PowerApps and PowerAutomate is an advantage
- Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Accountable for own contributions and contributing to meeting teams objectives
- Strong collaboration skills and willing to collaborate with others in all levels of the organization
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Openness to flexible working hours
- Experience working across cultures an advantage
