Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented full stack Technical Lead for one of the product lines in . For this role you will collaborate with a cross-functional team including engineers and product managers to roll out new features in our products. Ultimately you need to be extremely hands-on and can take charge of the end-to-end product engineering requirements to deliver unique and customer centric web applications.

Key Resposibilities :

Work directly with product managers designers architects and developers to refine and ship features to our users.
Lead a team of developers to deliver the product features.
Architecture design and development for the backend and the frontend.
Proactively optimise client and server code to ensure testability stability and high performance.
Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and product metrics.
Be a mentor for the team members and the quality gatekeeper for all features shipped by your team.

Skills and Competencies :

Should have hands on coding experience - 80% of time will be coding
Should have exposure to AI coding tools
Should have exposure to AI coding tools
Strong in High Level Design (HLD) & Low level design (LLD)
Should have experience designing & building scalable projects using microservices.
Should have exposure to modern devops processes - CI/CD Observability stack (prometheus grafana)
Agile software development
Experience leading a team / module of 6-8 engineers.
Should have an open mind to work on any technology

Education and Experience : Any Graduate with 9 years of experience
