The Mission of this Role As our Project Manager you will ensure that our learning programs and client projects run seamlessly. Bridging our Customer Success andAcademy teams you will keep stakeholders aligned timelines tight and client satisfaction high.
What Youll Own
Coordinate client-facing projects from onboarding through delivery.
Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients ensuring they feel guided and supported.
Build and maintain project plans documentation and reports.
Track and report on client satisfaction NPS and retention metrics.
Align project outcomes with client goals and 100mentors strategic priorities.
Facilitate collaboration across internal teams (CS Academy).
Support LMS operations (LearnWorlds) focusing on user management registration progress tracking and learner support alongside analytics and reporting.
Draft proposals case studies and concept notes for partnerships and funding.
Help the Customer Success team in designing and owning onboarding flows trial experiences POCs and renewal playbooks.
Work alongside our AI automation team. We are a AI-first company.

Clients describe their experience as smooth clear and valuable. Client health scores engagement metrics and NPS (now >40) improve consistently.
Client satisfaction supports renewals and long-term partnerships.
Clients in your projects are retained and expanding year-over-year. Churn <5% Maintain Net $ Retention >130%.
Projects are consistently delivered on time and on budget.
Stakeholders (internal & external) are aligned and engaged.
Documentation and processes reduce friction and errors.

Qualifications
2 years in project management client coordination or similar would be ideal.
Experience working with SaaS or AI products.
Proficiency with PM tools (Asana or similar).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes in an Al-first environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Erasmus or European projects.
Knowledge of LearnWorlds or other LMS platforms.
Exposure to Agile frameworks.
