Quality Manager Tandragee
Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Tandragee who are seeking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established locally renowned food production business with a strong reputation for excellence innovation and quality. The successful Quality Manager will lead the sites Quality function ensuring the highest standards of product quality food safety and compliance are consistently maintained across all operations.

The Role:
Lead and manage all aspects of the sites Quality and Food Safety systems
Maintain compliance with BRC customer and internal audit standards
Drive continuous improvement within Quality systems and production processes
Develop and lead the site HACCP team and ensure policies are updated in line with best practice
Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure products meet quality expectations
Conduct internal audits and lead external audit preparations
Train mentor and support the Quality team to deliver against KPIs
The Person:
Previous experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role within FMCG or food manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of HACCP BRC and food safety legislation
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Analytical and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
A relevant third-level qualification in Food Science or related discipline (desirable)

Salary: 35000 (negotiable depending on experience)
