Daily Rate: 450-475 d.o.e
About the Role
Kanadevia Inova is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor Structural Steel Works for our ongoing project at Thameside ERF in Tilbury. The successful candidate will oversee all structural steel erection activities ensuring work is carried out safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily structural steel erection operations on site.
Ensure compliance with design drawings specifications and safety standards.
Manage site crews subcontractors and lifting activities.
Monitor progress address site issues and report to the Project Manager.
Liaise with engineers fabricators and logistics to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Civil / Structural Engineering or Construction.
5 years experience supervising structural steelwork erection.
Strong understanding of steel assembly bolting and lifting procedures.
Proven site leadership with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
Desirable
Certifications in Working at Heights Rigging or Crane Supervision.
Experience on energy industrial or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and daily reporting tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Safety-first mindset with attention to detail.
