Job Summary
- You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in France and Italy.
- You answer inquiries from our customers by email and chat.
- You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions.
- You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest.
- You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes.
- You will work closely with Product Capital Markets and Operations.
Qualifications :
- You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- You are experienced in supporting customers via phone E-mail chat and/or in person.
- You have a genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution.
- You can work independently in a dynamic constantly changing environment.
- You are a reliable and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or Economics; or a professional background in banking is preferred but not required.
- You are fluent in French Italian and English (both written and spoken).
