Job Summary

Lead and maintain the MCL Regional BD operating model by establishing the necessary cadence within the MCL Regional BD team.
Manage and set up the cadence/meetings for continued growth acceleration including the KC/RW program and onboarding material for new hires within Regional BD team.
Support the establishment of a performance management structure and reporting for the MCL Regional BD team.
Develop and foster a Regional BD community to drive best practice and case study sharing.
Ensure compliance and standardization in tender management RFI RFP & RFQ processes.
Centralize MCL pipeline management and analysis at regional level including SFDC hygiene to ensure pipeline quality.
Promote the adoption of systems & tools including SFDC LOOPIO and Alex by the MCL Regional BD team.
Serve as the anchor and owner of the MCL sales process aligning with the wider commercial organization i.e. LTA OTC.
Collaborate with the Global BD and excellence teams to develop GTM plans
Cascade and communicate to the Maersk Area sales organization to drive high adoption of the GTM plan.
Perform white space/site utilization analysis and provide recommendations on focus areas in collaboration with Regional and Area BD team
Coordinate and support regional Business development head for Product training business workshop as required
