Job Summary
The Personal Care Aide plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. This Full-Time position requires a high level of dedication empathy and professionalism.
- Provide essential assistance to residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to bathing dressing and personal hygiene ensuring their comfort and maintaining their dignity at all times.
- Assist with resident transportation to and from activities social programs meals and appointments as required.
- Support the nutritional needs of residents by assisting in meal service ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed and monitoring residents dietary requirements and restrictions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care activities reporting any changes in condition or concerns to supervisory staff promptly.
- Adhere to all facility policies procedures and safety guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No healthcare experience required - on the job training is provided!
