Job Summary
Position Title: Travel Registered Nurse
Location: Albuquerque NM
Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $43/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingTravel Registered Nursefor an exciting Travel or Local job inAlbuquerque NM.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility protocols.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document residents health status reporting significant changes to the physician and care team.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality resident outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and facility regulations.
Uphold infection control and safety standards.
Support residents and families with education communication and compassionate care.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact state.
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility required.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong assessment communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
