  • 7 am to 7:30 pm
  • Rotating Days Weekends Holidays

Performs CT examinations on pediatric patients ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images.


Job Description:


Essential Functions:

  • Operates CT equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients internal structures.
  • Prepares patients for CT procedures by positioning them correctly and administering contrast media as required.
  • Monitors patients during CT scans to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Maintains accurate patient records and ensures that all images are properly labeled and stored.
  • Calibrates and maintains CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret CT images and provide accurate diagnoses.

Education Requirement:

Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology required.


Licensure Requirement:

  • Active Status with the Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
  • Current ODH License required

Certifications:

  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • ARRT certification (CT) within 1 year of employment required.

Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Experience:

  • Twoyears of clinical experience in the RadiologicSciences required.
  • One year of experience in CT procedures preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric setting preferred.
