- Lead and drive the Sales function to maximise market position revenue and business growth across Corporate Groups Events and key hotel segments.
- Proactively develop new business through a structured sales plan including outreach targets client meetings pipeline management and conversion of high-value opportunities.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to optimise yield manage business mix analyse market trends and implement strategies that protect and grow market share.
- Protect and elevate the hotels brand presence by executing strategic marketing initiatives digital campaigns and e-commerce activities that drive measurable revenue.
- Develop compelling marketing content story angles and media relationships in partnership with the Corporate PR Team to maximise the hotels profile across key channels.
- Deliver targeted marketing programs for Rooms F&B Conference & Events ensuring campaigns are aligned to business objectives and measured on ROI.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality Sales & Marketing leadership
- Strong ability to proactively source secure and grow business across multiple segments
- Expertise in revenue optimisation forecasting and market analysis
- Confidence working with media digital platforms and brand-driven marketing campaigns
