Yarrawonga Health is seeking a dynamic and motivated Nurse Unit Manager Acute Services to lead our dedicated team across our Acute Ward Urgent Care Centre and Dialysis Unit.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director Clinical Services youll provide strategic and operational leadership across our acute and urgent care areas.
This is a pivotal role where youll inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team drive service excellence and ensure the delivery of safe compassionate and person-centred care.
You will:
Lead the Acute Ward Urgent Care Centre (UCC) and Dialysis Unit (including two TCP beds)
Manage resources budgets and staffing to ensure high-quality care delivery
Foster a culture of clinical excellence continuous improvement and collaboration
Drive innovation in service delivery and patient experience
Support and develop your team to reach their full potential
