Job Summary
Due to continued growth were seeking a Manager to join our SMSF Specialist Team in Brisbane.
In this leadership role you will:
- Oversee the workflow and performance of a dedicated SMSF portfolio.
- Lead the review of compliance files reporting deliverables and audit outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients external auditors the ATO and internal stakeholders.
- Provide strategic technical advice on superannuation and taxation rules.
- Lead and contribute to complex tax and accounting compliance and advisory engagements.
- Drive internal training initiatives and represent the team at client events and industry forums.
- Manage billing profitability and internal risk procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the SMSF service line

You are:
- A confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence outcomes.
- Strategic and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about leadership collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Significant SMSF experience in a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance.
- Experience with Class Super (highly desirable).
- A commitment to professional development and client service excellence.
Qualifications :
CA or CPA qualification.
