In Tech & Data Risk Management we are on a mission to modernize our approach to risk management with technology by creating realtime intelligent and automated experiences. As a Product Manager youll be at the heart of this change leading the development of a critical product that supports our core business.

As product manager on the Tech & Data Risk Management Team youll:

• Manage a Critical Product: Own the full product lifecycle enabling Enterprise Data Risk Management to conduct second-line challenge of data asset management.

• Master the Data: Own the product analytics and become the go-to data expert. You will leverage product and risk data to uncover strategic insights that inform the roadmap define KPIs and drive key investment decisions.

• Lead AI Innovation: Serve as the strategic product leader partnering with Risk Associates and Engineering teams to productionize Generative AI tools that deliver unprecedented efficiency and predictive insights.

• Be the Strategic Connector: Act as the key liaison between Tech & Data Risk Management experts and the GRC product team to ensure requirements are clear prioritized and delivered.

• Drive Transformation: Play a central role in a multi-year company-wide effort to modernize and revolutionize Enterprise Risk Management through innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

• A Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Operations Research Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

• A Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Operations Research Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• Financial and risk management product experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
