Job Summary

Description
  • Structure and analyze complex strategic questions related to market dynamics competitive threats and growth opportunities to shape the Global Truck strategy inclusive of Global MSPU and MTU (T6 JMC catalogs).
  • Actively determine and evaluate opportunities to grow MSPU and MTU volume revenue with product actions/strategy with Planning Product Marketing and Regional Leads.
  • Support Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Teams to understand and action real-time needs and opportunities
  • Manage key strategic initiatives within the General Management (GM) pillar and in partnership with Planning to fill the pipeline with future high-impact strategic projects
  • Develop key materials to support Sr. Leadership reviews/discussions on market performance and Product Planning including VLPR etc.
  • Apply consumer insights competitive intelligence regulatory and market trends to see opportunities to improve existing or create new products and services within Truck line up.
  • Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) targets and guardrails for Trucks to track progress and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as a key partner to the North America (NA) Truck Utility and Enthusiast general management teams and ensure alignment between their strategies and the overarching Ford Blue strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver clear concise presentations that communicate data-driven strategic recommendations and performance updates to leadership.
  • Help develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) targets and guardrails for Trucks to track progress and highlight risks and opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management or any related field
  • Automotive industry and/or Product Management experience
  • 5 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy finance marketing product planning or similar
  • 3 years of experience with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems conduct quantitative analysis and develop data-driven insights using a hypothesis-led approach and communicate results with senior leadership.
  • 3 years of proven ability to navigate large matrixed organizations build trust and drive outcomes in cross-functional teams through logical reasoning and compelling storytelling.
  • High energy self-starter with ability to take ownership and deliver results with minimal direction
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with a passion for going deep into diverse data sets and scenario-based financial models to find actionable insights.
  • Organized and dynamic able to manage multiple workstreams prioritize effectively and adapt as new information becomes available.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
  • Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler more manageable tasks
  • Delivers results consistently even under tough circumstances and has the aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues as needed
  • Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
  • Accountable and action-oriented with a drive to see your work create a tangible impact on the business.
  • Proven ability to deliver clear and persuasive recommendations to senior leadership through written narratives verbal briefings and presentation decks.
