Job Summary
Supervise front office operations during the night shift and act as the hotel representative on duty.
Balance and audit all daily transactions from the front office food & beverage and other outlets.
Prepare and reconcile financial reports ensuring accuracy of guest accounts and revenue postings.
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest safety confidentiality and property integrity.
Provide professional efficient and friendly service to all guests handling any complaints or issues promptly.
Coordinate with Housekeeping Maintenance and other departments to meet operational and guest needs.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies cash-handling and health & safety procedures.
Support and mentor overnight team members in line with company values and service culture.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front office or related role.
Knowledge with Opera Cloud and MS Excel; understanding of basic accounting procedures will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on guest service.
Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions overnight.
Understanding of hotel operations revenue and reporting processes.
Wage $30.19 per hour
