Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions is a Canadian company that provides commercial dock and door services. These companies specialize in the installation repair and maintenance of overhead doors dock levelers and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities..

Pro Door & Dock Systems based in Mississauga ON is seeking to fill the role of Accounting Associate.This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 12 years of accounting experience who is eager to learn grow and make an impact in a fast-paced acquisition-driven environment.

Youll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations teams gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems financial reporting and process improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to multiple departments and systems making it an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance and operation

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including reconciliations journal entries and invoice processing
Support ERP and enterprise software implementations (e.g. Sage Novoconn UKG)
Help maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance HR Operations) to gather data and support process improvements
Contribute to the development and documentation of SOPs and workflows
Participate in system testing data validation and user training sessions
Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing projects and integrations

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
12 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op placements welcome)
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Salary Range: $50000 $55000
