Job Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction and proven proficiency with Procore project management software. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of commercial and/or industrial construction projects from initial planning through completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
Lead project teams and collaborate with architects engineers subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
Utilize Procore to manage project documentation RFIs submittals change orders and progress tracking.
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules cost estimates and financial forecasts.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Review and negotiate contracts purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
Identify potential risks or issues early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards client requirements and local building codes.
Lead progress meetings with internal teams and clients to report status milestones and budget updates.
Foster strong relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and repeat business.

$90000 - $130000 a year
