Job Summary

Privately held manufacturer in Tulsa is adding to their leadership team due to growth. They have been in business for 35 years.

Welding Lead

Supervises team (up to 10) in fabrication and welding of the Companys products.
Leader in development of Welding working instructions and technical process methods methods.
Balances work flow via re-assignments as needed.
Ensure required HS&E equipment is used /maintained
Assure written work instructions and quality checks are created and clear for each project.

Profile:

High School Diploma or GED
3 years Leader experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Prior experience with welding in a job shop fabrication is required:
- Strong welding technicaland fit up knowledgeis KEY.
- Demonstrated leadership coaching people development skills
PreExperience in Lean Manufacturing preferred
Compensation: DOE - Negotiable
