Job Summary
Join our team at Capital Automotive Group! Were looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repair. If you enjoy helping people have a strong knowledge of automotive systems and excel at keeping service operations running smoothly this is the role for you.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs building trust and transparency with customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of work
- Collaborate with technicians and team members to maintain a smooth service process
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly striving for resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role in the automotive industry preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive systems diagnostics and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively with a team
- Proficiency in software systems for estimating scheduling and invoicing
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
