Chiropractic Physician
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractic Physician to join our healthcare team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality chiropractic care within a supportive and patient-centered environment. The successful candidate will utilize their professional expertise to assist in diagnosing managing and treating conditions primarily affecting the musculoskeletal and nervous systems ensuring patient well-being and adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct chiropractic care to patients in accordance with the scope of practice licensing training and privileging/credentialing requirements.
- Collect comprehensive patient histories and document relevant information accurately in the Agencys approved EMR/EHR system.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess symptoms and identify potential musculoskeletal or neurological issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical best practices.
- Educate patients on treatment options self-care strategies and preventive measures to promote overall health and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters treatment plans and progress notes.
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice chiropractic medicine.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and nervous system conditions.
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic techniques protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems for documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
