Job Summary

Greenberg Traurig (GT) a global law firm has a dynamic full-time employment opportunity for a junior to mid-level Associate in the Corporate Practice of our Minneapolis office. Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions commercial contract drafting and related corporate matters. Technology transaction experience preferred.

Candidates should possess a strong academic background superior drafting and research skills experience negotiating important transaction documents the ability to draft M&A transaction documents and the candidates should be diligent detail-oriented proactive supportive team-oriented and personable. Candidates must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the Minnesota Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$205000- $260000 Per Year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
