Role: Software Engineer I - Integrations

The Team: The Enterprise Technology team is responsible for developing and deploying global enterprise connectivity and integration capabilities within OSTTRA. Our work is vital to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring seamless data flow between internal core services.

The Impact: Youll be instrumental in developing new applications and maintaining the connections between our key business platforms such as Google Salesforce Jira SAP Egencia and Dayforce. Together we ensure reliable high-quality data synchronization and automation that powers the businesss daily operations.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be expected to:

• Take ownership of development tasks assigned to them producing high-quality software to deliver on these tasks.

• Design develop test and deploy new integrations between various platforms (Google Salesforce Jira SAP Egencia Dayforce).

• Provide support and maintenance for existing custom developments and integrations.

• Be well versed in principles and best practices in software development and apply them within project boundaries.

• Focus on software quality productivity and delivery.

• Decompose their development tasks based on their designs and provide development estimates.

What Were Looking For:

Requirements:

• Proven experience with JavaScript / Python.

• Excellent grasp of Computer Science fundamentals (e.g. data structures algorithms).

• Ability to understand and write performant testable and maintainable code.

• Solid software design skills.

• Practical experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Experience with Automation or Data pipeline development (e.g. ETL).

• Familiarity with Google Workspace Admin and development using Apps Script or AppSheet.

• Experience with scripting in Bash / Powershell.
