About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse with a strong background in Respiratory and Infectious Diseases to join our Ward 31 team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while developing their leadership skills in a supportive and progressive environment.
As a Clinical Nurse you will:
- Lead and support a skilled team to provide safe high-quality evidence-based care.
- Champion patient safety initiatives particularly in infection prevention and control (IPC).
- Oversee and maintain best-practice IPC standards that promote excellent clinical outcomes and a safe environment for patients staff and visitors.
- Mentor and develop team members contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

About You
You are a motivated and compassionate nurse who values collaboration excellence and patient-centred care.
You will bring:
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Respiratory or related specialties
- Proven leadership clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high infection prevention and control standards
