Youll be responsible for every link in the supply chain from sourcing raw materials to ensuring on-time delivery of finished products. Youll work closely with the Managing Director to plan implement and refine systems that drive operational excellence improve efficiency and deliver results that keep customers satisfied and production running smoothly.

Key Focus Areas:
What Youll Bring:
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to drive value and ensure quality.
- Ensure timeous delivery of all materials and consumables.
- Inventory Stores & Assembly
- Manage stores and assembly operations.
- Implement and improve systems for stock control and process efficiency.
- Analyse slow-moving or obsolete stock and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demand Forecasting & Planning
- Develop and sustain production planning systems to ensure on-time in-full delivery.
- Oversee demand forecasting supply planning and inventory control.
- Prepare and present reports to support informed decision-making.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics
- Optimise transport logistics and distribution channels.
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure cost-effective delivery solutions.
- Enhance processes for inventory shipment and returns management.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 years experience in supply chain logistics manufacturing or operations leadership.
- A bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Management or related field (NQF 7).
- A proven track record of improving efficiency reducing costs and building supplier partnerships.
- Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizationalskills with the ability to prioritise and perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
