We are currently looking for a Maintenance/Facilities Engineer Intern who is passionate about equipment and facilities maintenance and excited to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities As a Maintenance/Plant Engineer Intern you will support our maintenance and production teams with: - Assisting in the development optimization and documentation of maintenance processes
- Evaluating and improving maintenance efficiency equipment utilization and workflow
- Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Tracing building utilities and providing detailed CAD piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
- Assisting in equipment troubleshooting mechanical electrical HVAC systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Quality Production and R&D
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of work instructions and process documentation
Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- Basic understanding of maintenance practices programmable logic controller (PLC) and utility design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CAD SolidWorks proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on environment
