Reimagine Whats Possible
We are seeking Manufacturing Tool Technician for Assembly and Spinningat our St. Louis MO location.
The Tool Technician will support the Membrane Solutions organization by ensuring all production tooling is maintained in a ready state. This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds.
Key Responsibilities
Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.
Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.
Develop quick-change options for changeovers.
Identify analyze and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow.
Develop implement and maintain overall tooling management organization.
Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.
Attend engineering and management meetings providing input and guidance.
Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.
Perform other related duties as required.
Maintain a strong focus on safety quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
23 years of industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree certificate or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
Comfortable analyzing interpreting and communicating data and trends.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Work Hours and Pay:
Starting Pay: $28.79 per hour
12-hour rotating shift (36 / 48 hour work weeks)
