Job Summary

E&B strives to improve patient outcomes through continuing education and providing the latest assessment rehabilitation and recovery tools. We specialize in Sports Medicine but treat a diverse range of non-surgical and post-op orthopedic conditions.

Position Summary:
Provide efficient quality-oriented physical therapy patient care through an individualized program including assessment treatment planning implementation a home exercise program education and communication to maximize the patients progress toward achieving functional goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Master or Doctoral degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
- Current unencumbered active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dual Credential as an Athletic Trainer
- Graston or ISTM Certified
- Myofascial Decompression/Cupping Certification
- Functional Movement Assessment
- Selective Functional Movement Assessment
- Blood Flow Restriction Therapy Certified
- KT Tape or Dynamic Taping
- Active Release Technique
- Dry Needling Certification (Level 1 & 2)
- Performance Enhancement Specialist (NSAM-PES)
- Corrective Exercises Specialist (NASM-CES)
- CSCS Certification
