For This Role You Will Need:
- A successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical field sales with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills combined with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them in a practical way.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Personally you stand out through high self-motivation determination and integrity. You enjoy driving things forward challenging the status quo and developing creative solutions to achieve success together with your team.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree in industrial engineering mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
- Knowledge in pneumatics fluid technology mechatronics or drive technology.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
