We are seeking a detail-oriented People Services Coordinator to ensure our people data is accurate compliant and supports critical organisational processes. As the primary contact for processing organisational and people transactions youll deliver a seamless service experience safeguarding data integrity in our HRIS (Dayforce) while adhering to Sydney Waters policies enterprise agreement and legislative requirements.

About the Role

As People Service Coordinator youll process employee lifecycle queries such as position and reporting line changes along with various employee related transactions. You will ensure changes are executed promptly accurately and meet service level agreements. Youll conduct regular data quality audits verify compliance and return incomplete requests with clear correction instructions. The role requires close collaboration with People & Culture and Business Connect teams escalating complex cases and supporting system enhancements as a Dayforce superuser.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end processing of organisational and people data updates via service management tools
  • Ensure alignment to various policies procedures and approval requirements for all transactions
  • Maintain meticulous data accuracy within the HRIS validating all changes and supporting audits
  • Identify and escalate non-standard complex or policy-exception transactions
  • Deliver service excellence within agreed SLAs prioritising turnaround and quality
  • Serve as a Dayforce superuser supporting testing issue resolution and system development

About You

Youll bring:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years HR admin experience including complex transaction processing and employee interface
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows policies and data compliance principles
  • Experience with large HRIS systems (Dayforce desirable) and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Excellent time management process discipline risk awareness and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly work collaboratively meet SLAs and adapt to change
  • Experience in HR operations or shared service environments (Desired)
