The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its well-established hospital-employed primary care clinic located on the hospital campus in Lawton OK.
This is a full-time outpatient-only position with a MondayFriday schedule and no hospital call offering an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking a stable collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment. The incoming provider will work alongside an experienced team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers supported by strong administrative and nursing staff.

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
Diagnose treat and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Conduct preventive health exams screenings and wellness visits.
Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated high-quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong communication clinical judgment and interpersonal skills; commitment to compassionate patient-centered care.
Compensation at or above MGMA median commensurate with experience
Quarterly bonus potential
