Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for options backend infrastructure including order pricing and risk systems.
- Translate trading needs into detailed technical requirements for options backend and infrastructure teams.
- Drive system performance improvements in latency throughput and fault tolerance through data-driven iteration.
- Collaborate with the frontend PMs engineering quant and trading ops to deliver robust and scalable backend releases.
- Monitor system health and ensure compliance with security reliability and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (tech) in Computer Science Maths Engineering Finance or related field.
- 2 years of experience in options trading / technical product management
- Strong understanding of options trading mechanics risk engines and settlement workflows.
- Technical fluency in backend system architecture APIs and data flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams; Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
