DESCRIPTION This position directly supports our Factory of the Future line of team serves as trusted advisors for manufacturing companiesseekingto modernize their operations via process improvement industrialautomationand digital factory solutions. We work with ourcustomersto collaboratively define their automation strategy. Our workshop approach helpsidentifyand prioritize opportunities to improve the factory floor from work-station design tolights-out automated solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and implement a structured discovery process to qualifyand nurtureleads.
- Develop data driven strategies to target and engage high value prospects.
- Conduct market research to refine ideal customer profiles and outreach strategies.
- Create email marketing campaigns that generate activities and contribute to the development of best-in-class presentations videos and other digital contentthatscompelling to Factory of the Future consulting customers.
- Qualifyallinbound and outbound leads and work closely with business development and sales engineers toproactively manage allopportunities.
- Strong understanding and adherence to sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Manage andmaintainaccuratecustomer records in the CRM system.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be professional proactive and positive. Having a passion for exceptional customer service and support isa must. Being sensitive to the unpredictable demands and uncertainties associated withnew business and marketingis a requisite todeliveringsuperior results and exceeding the expectations of our internal and external customers.
