Job Description
Deliver exceptional technical support for advanced avionics solutions! Teledyne Controls is seeking a Product Support Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for assigned this role youll provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers and internal teamsfrom installations and training to troubleshooting and documentationwhile ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
What youll do
- Plan and execute on-site equipment installations ensuring compliance with testing protocols.
- Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
- Deliver technical presentations showcasing deep product knowledge.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical assistance to engineers technicians and customers.
- Lead resolution efforts for complex technical challenges.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email during business hours.
- Travel domestically (1520%) and internationally (1015%) for installations training and events.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including Service Bulletins and User Guides.
- Support repair facility processes and verify customer entitlements under active support agreements.
- Remain available outside normal hours for urgent customer needs or AOG calls.
What you need
- Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering Math or Aeronautical discipline (required).
- 13 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM helpdesk tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages (SQL Java JavaScript C# C Python) highly desirable.
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents refugees and asylees) (required).
- Background in avionics or aerospace specifications (preferred).
- Ability to interpret schematics bills of materials and engineering drawings.

Salary Range:
$61600.00-$82100.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
