Title:Bilingual (English-Spanish) Integrated Services Career Coach
Classification: Non-Exempt

Scope of Position
Act as a liaison among WIOA Adult EARN and Young Adult customers to deliver comprehensive career support and guidance in securing and retaining employment pursuing training opportunities and advancing in their careers. Coordinate all co-enrolled customers with program supervisors to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Participant Services
- Assist participants with registration job search preparation resume development workshop enrollment and training program selection through the PA CareerLink online system.
- Build professional one-on-one working relationships with participants to identify and address barriers to employment. Provide individualized coaching assessments and coordination with CareerLink staff.
- Design and maintain Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) ensuring compliance and timely updates.
- Provide career coaching to help participants achieve employment training and retention goals including support for post-placement follow-up.
- Refer participants to supportive services such as GED ESL childcare and other community resources as needed to ensure job placement and retention.
Program Compliance
- Accurately review evaluate and complete all documentation required for WIOA registration and eligibility.
- Provide remote WIOA & EARN registration services using secure platforms as needed.
- Maintain detailed case notes documentation and files in the state system of record (CWDS) and in accordance with contractor and state guidelines.
- Ensure program goals and performance outcomes are consistently achieved in line with policies and guidance.
Employer & Partner Engagement
- Collaborate with the Business Services Team (BST) to pre-screen participants for job opportunities and refer job-ready participants to BST job orders.
- Submit BSR Referral Forms to BST and actively connect participants to hiring employers.
- Refer participants to recruitment events including distributing event flyers and information.
- Interface with community partners to connect participants and their families with supportive resources to address barriers to employment.
General Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and maintain current knowledge of WIOA Adult EARN and Out-of-School Youth programs including applicable policies regulations and legislation.
- Adapt to a fast-paced evolving work environment and respond to shifting program needs.
Qualifications
Education Skill and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human services social work education or related field; or 13 years of equivalent experience in case management workforce development or related area.
- Prior case management and workforce development experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
