The Host position at Lynoras is all about making a great first and last impression. As the face of our restaurant youll ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment can manage multiple tasks and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.

What Youll Do:

• Welcome Guests with Warmth:Read guest emotions and create a positive experience right from the start.
• Manage the Flow:Balance table seating to ensure smooth service for both the kitchen and servers.
• Be the Expert:Answer menu questions describe features and promotions and handle phone inquiries with ease.
• Stay Professional Under Pressure:Keep calm and confident in busy or challenging situations.
• Collaborate with the Team:Work closely with servers managers and the kitchen to keep everything running smoothly.
• Maintain a Clean & Polished Space:Ensure the dining room restrooms and workstations are always clean and welcoming.
