DescriptionAs a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions. Proven track record of positioning Monetization Assurance Automation and CRM solutions with customers .
ResponsibilitiesFollowing will the key responsibilties for this Role .
Sales Support/Presales
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide guidance on Oracle Siebel and OSS/BSS solutions.
- Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations product demonstrations and workshops.
- Develop tailored solution proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs ensuring alignment with client needs and Oracle product offerings.
Solution Design
- Design end-to-end Oracle Siebel and OSS/BSS solutions that meet customer requirements ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance during the solution implementation working closely with both the customer and the project team.
- Ensure that the solutions proposed align with the business goals and technical architecture of the client.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Siebel and OSS/BSS related inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities to introduce additional Oracle products
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Siebel CRM and OSS/BSS product developments and industry trends.
- Participate in product workshops training and conferences to ensure continuous learning and development.
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence with the sales and product teams
