About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Champion segment where we make life better for pets and their owners.

Role Title: Logistics Inventory and Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Melbourne

Hours: Full-time

Reporting to: Supply Chain Director

What youll do:

Resolve customer or system issuesin a timely manner
Completerequireddocumentation for order processing stock returns disposals or donations
Support logistics operations and transfer of stock between DCs as required
Ensure high service outcome across 3PLs reporting performance vs KPIs and customer feedback
Be the key point of contact to support customer enquiries and order management
Inventory Management and reporting
Goods receipt of all inbound stock into SAP
Coordinate and responsible for internal and external auditor 3PL inventory stock takes.
Maintainhigh levelof control and reconciliation for all inventory movement& adjustmentsbetween SAP BC and 3PL WMS
Monitorinterfaces between all operating systems and applications.

Your unique ingredients:

Experiencein inventory management and orcustomer service is preferred but not essential
Customer centric mindset with proactive can do approach
Previousexperience with SAP or other ERP systemis preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
