Job Summary

   Perform hardware and software diagnostics on Apple devices
       Repair or replace faulty components
       Work in line with Apple-certified procedures and tools
       Update service records and communicate with clients
       Collaborate with sales and support teams for post-service care

Qualifications :

   Diploma or degree in IT Computer Engineering or related field
       Familiarity with Apple hardware and software
       Certification from Apple (ACMT) is a plus
       Attention to detail and customer focus
       Ability to manage repair tools and diagnostics systems
