Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As an Operations Analyst you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes improving efficiency and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Analyze complex operational data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed projects
Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform statistical analyses to support data-driven decision-making
Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process optimization
Participate in project teams to implement operational improvements
Provide analytical support for strategic planning and forecasting activities

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering or related field
2-3 years of experience in operations analysis or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS SAS)
Expertise in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Demonstrated experience in process optimization and workflow analysis
Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain management
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
