Job Summary

Foreground is partnering with a leading regional apparel retailer to appoint a Retail Operations Director who will oversee end-to-end store performance operational excellence and customer experience across the GCC. This executive role requires a proven leader who can manage large-scale retail operations introduce efficiency frameworks and drive sustainable profitability while adapting to market trends and consumer behaviors.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational performance of retail stores across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Establish and implement operating standards ensuring consistent execution across all branches.
Monitor KPIs including sales per square foot inventory turnover and staff productivity.
Collaborate with merchandising supply chain and marketing teams to optimize in-store experiences.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
Ensure compliance with legal health and safety standards across all outlets.
Lead store expansion and refurbishment programs aligned with brand strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or related field; MBA preferred.
12 years of progressive retail operations experience with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing multi-country apparel operations.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
