Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Public Relations Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As the Public Relations Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance our organizations reputation and visibility in the market.
- Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and nurture relationships with key media outlets influencers and stakeholders
- Create compelling content for press releases speeches and other communications materials
- Lead crisis communication efforts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate reputational risks
- Oversee social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand presence
- Coordinate press conferences media events and interviews for company executives
- Analyze PR campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Stay informed about industry trends and adjust PR strategies accordingly
- Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in public relations or a related field
- Proven track record of successful PR campaign management and media placements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong media relations and crisis management capabilities
- Proficiency in social media management and digital PR strategies
- Advanced strategic planning and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in public speaking and presenting to diverse audiences
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian media landscape and cultural sensitivities
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in public relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
