Job Summary

Ethra HR is seeking a highly professional and organized Executive Secretary. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational abilities a high level of discretion and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will primarily involve managing executive schedules coordinating communication and maintaining confidentiality within and outside the organization.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Executive Secretary role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the senior management of Ethra HR. This involves ensuring that office operations run smoothly and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines manage confidential information and coordinate effective meetings and travel arrangements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing executive schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinating communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Assisting in project management and following up on action items.
