Job Summary

   Conduct field research interviews surveys and observations
       Synthesize research findings into insights and opportunities
       Support ideation and concept development
       Create research reports personas and frameworks
       Collaborate closely with designers and service teams

Qualifications :

   Degree in Anthropology Sociology Design or a related field
       Strong qualitative research and storytelling skills
       Experience in applying research in design or innovation contexts
       Empathetic analytical and curious by nature
       Proficiency in visualizing insights and patterns
