We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming Primary School in Hackney. This is a permanent role starting January 2026 offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on pupils learning and development. About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our KS1 team inspiring pupils to achieve their best. As a Year 2 Teacher you will deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where all children can thrive.

The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a Year 2 Teacher working closely with colleagues parents and the wider community to ensure every pupil reaches their potential academically socially and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored for KS1 pupils as a Year 2 Teacher
• Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to reach their full potential
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 2 Teacher
• Collaborate with colleagues parents and the wider school community
• Contribute to the schools ethos of high expectations and achievement
