Role Information
You will be responsible for opening and securing the site carrying out minor repairs maintaining equipment liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with the Premises Manager to uphold high standards of cleanliness safety and security.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous caretaking or maintenance experience desirable
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical and DIY repairs
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable practical and able to manage tasks independently
Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
